  • Your tasks

    • Checking apartments and guest areas for cleanliness and functionality
    • Checking and organizing floor offices, adjoining rooms, and public areas
    • Cleaning apartments (staying rooms, departure rooms, basic cleaning), public areas, and back of house
    • Distributing laundry and various housekeeping items to the floors
    • Ensuring service quality and acting as a contact person for guests on the floor
    • Shared responsibility for the correct handling of lost property
    • Ensuring smooth workflow on the floor in collaboration with the Housekeeping Manager
    • Collaboration with all internal departments and external service providers (e.g., third-party cleaning)
    • Fulfilling guest requests

  • What you should bring with you

    • Gute Umgangsformen, ausgeprägtes Teambewusstsein und Kollegialität, gepflegtes und sicheres Auftreten
    • Gastgeber/in mit Herz, eine versierte, zuverlässige und verantwortungsvolle Fachkraft
    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hauswirtschaft/ HoFa/ Fachkraft im Gastgewerbe oder Quereinsteiger mit Berufserfahrung in der Unterhaltsreinigung 
    • Kommunikative und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit
    • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
    • Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
    • Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
    • Selbstständiges, engagiertes und kreatives Denken und Handeln
    • Organisationstalent
