  • Your tasks

    • Anfallende Kleinreparaturen an Ausstattung und Gebäude
    • Ausbesserungsarbeiten
    • Elektroarbeiten, falls entsprechend qualifiziert
    • Hilfe bei der Pflege der Außenanlage
    • Wartung der Lüftungs-, Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen, gerne mit entsprechender Qualifizierung
    • Überprüfungen im Zusammenhang mit Brandschutz und Sicherheit
    • Ein- und Sicherstellung der Funktion unserer Seminar-Technik, TV-Geräte, etc.
    • Überwachen von Wartungsfristen und -firmen sowie Einhaltung und Überwachung aller gesetzlichen Vorschriften
    • Du übernimmst bestenfalls auch administrative Aufgaben in der Technik-Abteilung
    • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen (Housekeeping, Empfang, etc.)

  • What you should bring with you

    • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, heating, ventilation, or air conditioning technology, or a comparable trade
    • Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the hotel industry
    • Craftsmanship and technical understanding
    • High level of commitment and flexibility
    • Independent and solution-oriented working style
    • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
    • Good written and spoken German skills
    • Class B driving license, not required, but would be great
