• You support the Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of our locations in Harburg and St. Georg, working with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• You are the point of contact for our short- and long-stay guests, assist with their requests and find the right solution when unexpected challenges arise.
• You keep an eye on the digital guest journey, help with questions about arrival and the stay, and ensure digital processes work hand in hand with personal service.
• You work closely with the relevant colleagues and service providers in Housekeeping and Maintenance to make sure our apartments are well maintained, in good working order and ready for guests on time.
• Through regular quality checks and an eye for detail, you help ensure our properties’ standards are consistently met and continually improved.
• You spot opportunities to make processes simpler or more efficient, contribute your own ideas and help put them into practice.
• You handle operational and administrative tasks with care, ensuring reliable documentation and clear handovers.
• You help new colleagues settle in and get up to speed, and openly share your knowledge with the team.
• You encourage communication between both HUB locations and the contacts at SICON Hospitality, ensuring information gets through and collaboration runs smoothly.

• You have completed training in hospitality or tourism, or have comparable hands-on experience in the accommodation sector.

• You know the day-to-day operations of a Front Office, Guest Service team or serviced apartment property and are ready to take on more responsibility. Previous experience as a Shift Leader, Supervisor or in a similar role is essential.

• You love being a host: welcoming, attentive and solution-oriented. You know when personal support is needed and make guests feel they’re in good hands.

• You work independently, set clear priorities and stay on top of things even when several issues come up at both locations at once.

• You’re hands-on and get involved. For you, the role isn’t just about coordinating tasks—you actively support the team in its day-to-day work.

• You’re digitally savvy and enjoy working with modern applications. You’re quick to learn new systems and use them to simplify processes and make our guests’ stays more enjoyable.

• You’re passionate about the serviced apartment concept: independent living with the right services and personal support whenever it’s needed.

• You communicate clearly and respectfully, address challenges openly and work with others to find solutions.
