Your tasks
- Cleaning of apartments, public areas, and back of house
- Checking and accepting cleaned rooms
- Ensuring cleanliness on all floors and public areas
- Distributing laundry and various housekeeping items to the floors
- Recording and perceiving guest requests and implementing them
- Organizing daily processes within the department
- Careful attention to detail
- General administrative and specific housekeeping tasks (handling lost property)
- Reporting defects in rooms and/or public areas to the building services department
- Coordination and support of our housekeeping team and external employees
- Close cooperation with the external company
- Compliance with our hotel's hygiene standards
- Support, targeted work, and representation of our housekeeping manager
- Close cooperation with all other departments of the serviced apartment building
What you should bring with you
We are looking for motivated, open-minded, curious, and communicative colleagues who are eager to join us in opening and shaping a new, unconventional chapter in the serviced apartment sector:
- You are a housekeeper with heart and passion for your job.
- Ideally, you are a qualified housekeeper, a professional in the hospitality industry, or a housekeeper, or have equivalent training, or you are simply a career changer with relevant experience in housekeeping.
- Expert knowledge of cleaning procedures, as well as safety and hygiene regulations.
- Preferably, some management experience.
- You have a "hands-on" mentality and the "host gene."
- You are satisfied when the guest is satisfied.
- Knowledge of Protel/Opera Cloud is an advantage.
- You have basic computer skills; Microsoft Office.
- High intercultural competence.
- You also enjoy chatting in English.
- You can handle complaints.
- You enjoy communicating with guests and your team - you are a team player.
- We expect a high level of commitment, organizational talent, and the ability to work under pressure from you.
