In the cluster function, you will support the following tasks:

• Professional (co-)management of the reservations team in collaboration with our Cluster Reservation Manager Lena
• Further development of the department in collaboration with Lena and all department-relevant Cluster Managers
• Professional acceptance and processing of individual and group reservations
• Competent responses to telephone and written inquiries
• Active sales of our services and products at our 6 great hotels
• Maintenance of guest and company files
• Close collaboration with the front office as well as sales, revenue & marketing to ensure optimal room occupancy
• Creation of offers and group contracts
• Implementation of daily, weekly and monthly statistics
• Monitoring of reservations and arrivals
• Processing and monitoring of bookings from various reservation systems such as OTAs, travel agencies, etc.
• Processing of deposits, invoices and commissions
• Use of the PMS Opera Cloud

• Completed training in the hotel/catering/tourism industry, with initial experience as a reservation supervisor and/or professional experience as a front office supervisor and/or as a reservation agent with ambitions for more
• Very good German and good English skills
• You enjoy being the mouthpiece between Lena and the team
• You have the host gene and your heart beats for the hotel and tourism industry
• You understand what it means to be a service provider and are a team player
• Openness, politeness, and strong communication skills characterize you
• You show initiative and enjoy working independently
