  • Your tasks

    In the cluster function, you will support the following tasks:

    • Professionally accept and process individual and group reservations
    • Competently answer telephone and written inquiries
    • Actively sell services and products
    • Maintain guest and company files
    • Support and act as a constant contact for our guests
    • In case of emergency: check-in and check-out of our guests
    • Close cooperation with the front office and sales & marketing to ensure optimal room occupancy
    • Create offers and group contracts
    • Process various daily, weekly, and monthly statistics
    • Monthly/weekly/daily reservation control & arrival checks
    • Handling deposits, invoices, and commissions
    • Use of the PMS Opera Cloud
