    • Vorbereitung, Zuarbeit und Betreuung des Frühstücksbuffets
    • Ansprechpartner für die Gäste am Host Desk
    • Mitverantwortlichkeit für die Sauberkeit in unserer EATERY und LIBARY BAR
    • Kenntnis über das tägliche Speisenangebot
    • Betreuung der Gäste während des Frühstücks- & Mittagsgeschäfts
    • sporadischer Service am Nachmittag und am Abend -je nach Gästeaufkommen und auf Anfrage
    • Eigenverantwortliches Führen der Lightspeed Kasse
    • Bankettservice in Zusammenarbeit mit Liv unserer Event & Service Coordinatorin
    • Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Mise-en-place
    • Mitverantwortlich für den reibungslosen Serviceablauf
    • Volle Unterstützung des F&B Teams: es gibt keine Geheimnisse bzw. mein Bereich/ dein Bereich; jeder kann und kennt alles
    • Mitverantwortlich für eine zuvorkommende Gästebetreuung
    • Pflege von Gästekontakten- wir haben viele Stammgäste und wollen durch Dich noch mehr Menschen von unserem Haus begeistern

  • What you should bring with you

    • Completed training as a HoFa and/or ReFa, alternatively initial professional experience in service
    • Good manners, strong team spirit and collegiality, well-groomed and confident appearance
    • Host with heart, an experienced, reliable and responsible professional
    • Communicative and open-minded personality
    • Very good German and good English skills
    • Enjoyment in dealing with people
    • Sense of responsibility and quality
    • Independent, committed and creative thinking and action
