Your tasks
- You maintain an overview of our apartments in St. Georg and/or Harburg and independently coordinate your workday – always keeping a cool head.
- Processing reservation requests in the absence of our reservation center.
- You support our guests with all their needs and create a special welcome and farewell moment, even if often contactless.
- You are happy to fulfill our guests' wishes.
- You ensure order and control in offices, adjoining rooms, and public areas.
- Conducting arrival checks, virtual credit card charges, routing, and OTA management.
- Operating our PMS Opera Cloud for check-in and check-out, modularly and personally on-site only when necessary.
- Room allocation and category reconciliation.
- Conducting room checks of the apartments
- Maintaining room status in the system
- Processing emails: invoice changes, guest inquiries, rebookings, and special requests.
- Answering guest questions via our digital tools
- Ground tours at the start and end of shift for inspection and handover.
