  • Your tasks

    • Responsibility for the smooth running of the daily shift at the front desk
    • Interface between your department and all other departments
    • Training of new employees at reception
    • Welcome and care of our guests
    • Check-in and check-out
    • Acceptance of reservations
    • Accounts receivable control
    • General reception activities
    • Project implementation at the front desk in cooperation with the FOM and AFOM
  • What you should bring with you

    • You are a HoFa / HoKa or have equivalent training
    • Initial experience at the front desk of a hotel or apartment building
    • Communication skills & team player
    • Loyalty & customer focus
    • High level of commitment, organizational talent, resilience
    • Knowledge of Protel and/or Opera Cloud is an advantage
    • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
    • Willingness to take on personal responsibility
    • Very good manners
    • Professional appearance and a well-groomed appearance
