- Administrative support for employees, trainees, and interns from entry to exit
- Contact person for all personnel-related issues
- Personnel administration (e.g., preparation of employment contracts, agreements, references)
- Monitoring time recording in our offices
- Participation in the preparation and implementation of payroll accounting
- Implementation of and participation in HR projects
- Handling general HR correspondence
- Support in personnel development, recruiting, and training
- Supporting the HR team in all personnel-related matters
Bring yourself
- Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources
- Initial professional experience in HR or a comparable position desirable
- Confident use of MS Office, experience with HR software is an advantage
- Structured, careful, and independent working style
- High service orientation and enjoyment of working with people
- Team player with strong communication skills and organizational talent
