Das Opening in St. Georg
Das Opening unseres HUB St. Georg war ein voller Erfolg! Gemeinsam mit unserem Team und einigen großartigen Unterstützer:innen haben wir die letzten Wochen intensiv gearbeitet, um unseren neuen Standort startklar zu machen.
On the opening day, there was a relaxed, informal atmosphere, accompanied by music, lively conversations, and small snacks.
It was really nice to see how much energy and commitment went into our house. And a big thank you to everyone who pitched in. Without you, the day wouldn't have been half as successful!
The current situation in St. Georg
Since its opening, the HUB St. Georg has been doing very well. Rooms are gradually filling up, demand is high, and more and more new guests are coming to our hotel. Contract signings are also running smoothly, and it's fun to watch our new hotel gradually come to life.
Of course, not everything is perfect yet, and we are learning something new every day: procedures are being optimized, processes are being adapted, and small adjustments are being made, but that is precisely what makes it so appealing. Step by step, together we are creating a place where our guests feel at home and

Our Eat&Meet: It was autumnal
Last week it was that time again: our monthly Eat & Meet at Kühnehöfe! This time, Judith cooked, and all we can say is:
It was simply delicious!
The menu included a creamy pumpkin soup with crispy baguette and butter: perfect for a relaxed autumn lunch. There was also a fresh pumpkin salad with spinach and crunchy pomegranate seeds. You can immediately tell how much love Judith put into the preparation: everything was fresh, delicious, and super healthy too!
As always, it wasn't just the food that made the day special, but also the time spent together. We were able to laugh, chat, and truly enjoy our lunch break. A huge thank you to Judith for her dedication and all her hard work.
We are already looking forward to the next Eat & Meet and are excited to see what culinary surprise awaits us!

Ihr kennt sie vielleicht schon aus unseren anderen Häusern: unsere Check-in Terminals.
It's now available at Apartment040! This allows our guests to check in even when the concierge isn't available. It's fast, easy, and flexible – just as we promise our guests.
For the 040 team, this means no trips to the safe, yet a smooth process for our guests. Of course, we're still there for them in person, but the terminal ensures check-in runs around the clock.

A lot has happened at HUB St. Georg in the last few weeks, and we finally have some fresh images to go with it! Our photographer Kirstin was on-site and shot every single room category. So now we no longer have just a few pictures of the old model room in a drawer, but a complete selection of professional photos that show the house as it really is.
