• Support and representation of the Cluster Property & IT Manager in day-to-day business and in their absence
• Coordination and management of technical processes, including planning, implementation, and documentation of maintenance and expert inspections
• Organization and management of maintenance and modernization measures in close coordination with on-site technicians
• Responsibility for the digital documentation of maintenance plans, inspection reports, and budget and cost reports
• Operational support of the technical teams during maintenance, servicing, and repair work
• Independent execution of minor repairs and improvements
• Support and monitoring of external companies during technical work
• Participation in the optimization of energy and resource consumption
• Participation in the planning, tendering, awarding, and performance monitoring of technical contracts
• Contract and cost management in coordination with the Cluster Manager
• Close cooperation with operational departments such as housekeeping and front office
• Support in the organization of meetings, training, and further education for the building services team
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and safety standards (fire protection, occupational safety, Environmental regulations)
• Ready contact person and/or participation in emergency and disaster response operations together with on-site technicians

• Completed technical training, ideally in building technology, facility management, HVAC, or electrical engineering
• Further training or advanced training in a technical field is an advantage
• Several years of practical experience in technical building management, preferably in the hotel or housing industry
• Organizational talent with a strong hands-on mentality – both planning and practical
• Experience in coordinating service providers as well as contract and project management
• In-depth knowledge of relevant legal regulations, particularly regarding fire protection, occupational safety, and technical testing
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Willingness to be flexible in terms of driving and on-call within the cluster
• Confident use of MS Office and web applications
• Team-oriented and independent working style with an eye for quality and detail
